How 3DHVPF™ Works

3DHVPF™ is a true high volume layered manufacturing process that combines uses of metals, ceramics, and polymers to simultaneously build thousands of parts in panel form without any need for further assembly. The additive process is low cost and clean-technology with little or no waste. It eliminates the need for plating and etching which produce harmful chemicals that are bad for our environment.

Cost effective Volume Production

We use various deposition techniques chosen to match objective of each application. Large panels with many units in each panel are produced simultaneously. Multi-material 3D Print Forming is capable of creating 3 dimensional matrix of real production parts in high volume.
